A little weekly Gratitude Challenge for you all.  Start small and this could become a daily ritual.

 

Monday:
Write down a friend or family member you’re thankful for. What makes them great?

Tuesday:
What skills do you have that you’re grateful for? Cooking, lip syncing, public speaking.

Wednesday:
Write a quick thank you note (or email) to a colleague. “Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.” – William Arthur Ward

Thursday:
The greatest wealth is health. What about your wellbeing is worth celebrating?

Friday:
Jot down 3 things in nature that make you happy.

Saturday:
The news can be overwhelming. Note one good thing that’s happening in the world right now.

Sunday:
Write about a hardship you’re thankful for. This can be tough, but remember that you learn something from every setback.
